Shipping Information:
In-stock orders will usually ship in 1-2 business days. All order ship via UPS or FedEx. Our packaging of your order is very discreet and no one will know that you have ordered lingerie from our packaging. In other words, your secret is safe with us!
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has shipped along with your tracking number. You may then go to the UPS.com website and obtain the estimated delivery date.
Return Information:
To return an item, you must email our customer service department within 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Exotic Touch Lingerie will NOT accept returns if:
- Items have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfume, lotions or smoke.
- Over 10 business days have passed since you received your order.
Exotic
Touch Lingerie will NOT accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings
and/or similar intimate items due to health regulations.
All
items must be in their original packaging and be in the condition that
they were received in order to be eligible for returns or exchanges. All authorized returns must be shipped to us within 5 days of issuance of the RMA number.
All
return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We
strongly suggest you ship your authorized return shipment via UPS or
FedEx as Exotic Touch Lingerie is not responsible for lost or damaged
merchandise on return shipments.
Exotic Touch Lingerie reserves the right to refuse a return. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
